Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our boutique customer service team at [email protected] with your return request using the template below.
- Await Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our fulfillment center using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Follow the same process as returns, clearly indicating in your email that you’d like an exchange
- Specify the desired replacement item (subject to availability)
- Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange and ship the new item
Refund Information
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Refund Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- International Duties/Taxes: These are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility
