Loved the belt for a while. Unfortunately the metal is terrible quality and broke. Now its just a leather strap. Looks good but doesn’t hold up my pants. This is style over function. No quality control and very cheap metal.

Best belt I’ve purchased. I looked in stores for ages but never found one I liked, until I bought the Bedford Stu’s Hobo. It is exactly as good as it looked in the picture. Zappos has been great to deal with and I will definitely purchase goods from them in the future.

Looks worn, but doesn’t really call attention to itself. Nice width. Re: the fit, don’t know if this is a standard issue with belts, but the boy is a 32 waist in pants, and he ended up needing the 36 waist belt; even the 34 didn’t have enough extra end to wrap around.

Love this belt. First two sizes were too big, 38 and 36. I’m 36-37 in the hips, but I thought since I wear low-cut jeans I needed the extra inches in the belt. Not so. Anyway, sent the 38’s back and kept the two 36’s for my hubby. I then ordered the 34’s for me in both colors of course. Cool belts, no two anywhere near the same, but I’m good with that. ZAPPOS rocks as always!

Perfect Jeans Belt –
Best casual belt for blue jeans, great look (I got the brown). My jeans are size 6 or 28, not too low rise – 34 inch belt was perfect (32 fit but didn’t leave much at the end). Width is about 1 3/4 inches, which would have been good to know up front (measure your belt loops).

I love this belt for jeans. It does look a little like it is used but is soft/flexible and wide. It did not fit through the loops on one pair of pants. But I love the belt.

Nice belt, looks good with jeans or wrapped around a top. Deciding on size was the hardest part; whether it was to be worn around waist or on hips. Zappos has the greatest service and I tell everyone about it!

Fantastic belt, stylish, timeless, well-made. The color goes with both black and brown, and the styling looks good with both casual and somewhat nicer outfits. Be warned that the sizing seems to run very small. It’s supposedly unisex, but I don’t think that most men would even fit into the XL. Order at least a size larger than you expect. The sizing is the only reason I didn’t give this belt 5 stars.

This is a nice belt. It has somewhat of a distressed look with a nice buckle. It is better than most belts for the money. It is a good jean belt, although I wear the belt over sweaters.

If you like the feeling of a wide, sturdy, hide belt; you can’t beat the BEDSTU HOBO. It’s been my favorite belt ever. Bought one of each color.

It’s exactly what I expected: rustic, simple, and appears to be well made. It is pretty wide and won’t fit the loops on a couple of pairs of my jeans (but luckily it fits my favorite jeans…and plus, I wanted it to be fairly wide). My old “casua” belt has just been retired after 18 years of use. Hopefully I can get just as much life out of this one. 🙂

Love the belt. Great character. The color says black; however it looks more like a faded brown. Does not really match with black boots or shoes. Great for casual wear though!

I try to write more reviews because I’m so OCD about everything, and this belt definitely makes the grade. Yeah, you can’t really say much about a belt like this on style with it being so simple, but the workmanship is fantastic and material quality is great. Bed Stu is also one of few styling belt manufacturers that give you the interchangeable buckle for a your belt buckle collection (or a good reason to start one). If you’re undecided and looking for a simple, go with everything, top quality belt, definitely pick this one up.

Bedstu makes very cool belts. Although I got the “black” model, it seems more dark brown than anything else. The scoring on the belt is not as dramatic on my belt as in the pictures…but they did say that it varies from belt to belt. All in all, it’s a great product. Warning: there is no room to grow with their belts. Plenty of notches to go down in size though.

I purchased this belt in April. In June, the buckle fell apart. Very poor quality. I liked the belt for the short time I used it.

I was so excited to receive the belt! Unfortunately the size 36 was too big for my usual Jeans size of 27. I had to return it. But thanks to Zappos I already found a different bed Stu belt in size 34.

The width of this belt was exactly what I was looking for. I received it about a week ago, and have worn it almost every day with different pairs of jeans, and have not had any of the issues other customers have had. I’ve even adjusted it several times to accommodate the difference in waist/hip rise on the pants I was wearing. It’s only been a week, but it feels and looks like a durable leather belt. I’m sorry others have had problems, and I will definitely contact Zappos if I should encounter those issues.
I bought a 36” because I like extra room, and also because the rise of my pants varies so much. A 34” would not accommodate that, and a 38” would have required punching out more holes.

size and fit were perfect. leather is substantial without being so stiff to be uncomfortable. weathered patina looks great with jeans. will get years of use.

This brand runs small so order up a size. I wear size 32 or 33 waist jeans, yet need a 38 belt in this brand. Quality is amazing and like the width of belt.

Perfect size jeans belt. Bought in black and brown. The black looks more like a dark brown but different enough that I kept both. Soft, sturdy, broken in leather. Looks like it’s built to last. Order your typical belt size. I wear 36 waist pants and the majority of my belts are 38 including this one. Originally, I ordered a 40 based on other reviews indicating they are sized small. The 40 fit on the next to last hole (7 hole belt) and although I could wear it, the belt had too much lag. The 38 fit to the 3rd or 4th hole, depending on the jeans worn.

Great belt; leather is nice, smooth, and very solid. The color IMO is a bit more “reddish” than it appears on the website – I’ve included a photo in case that is helpful.
