I love my new boots, they have charm and character. Im glad they have a zipper, because I would be too lazy with the laces, which are functionalyou can tighten or loosen the boot. The toe box was tight at first but stretched out to fit (I broke my pinky toe 2x and I have a bump there and I also have a small bunion on big toe, boot is ok for this foot). I wore boots all day yesterday at work (I sit and stand alternating all day) and my feet were tired and ready for bare feet at the end of the day. I think I need more cushion in the front part of my foot due to the small heel. I wouldnt take these on a walking tour but they are comfortable enough for everyday events, and so darling!

Unfortunately it was a gift and she loved them but they don’t fit. Too narrow for her feet so she’s going to decide to either try a bigger size or a different shoe bc she read most boots/shoes run narrow with you guys and she has a wide foot.

These boots are every bit as gorgeous as they are in the picture. I too noted the tightness across the toe box as was mentioned by another reviewer. I took advantage of Zappos’ free returns and shipping and ordered a half size larger. Those were a little tight also, but within an hour they broke in and were completely fine. I’ve been wearing them for several days with no issues. So glad I didn’t give up on them. Love, love, love them! Thanks Bed Stu and thanks Zappos!

I’ve looked everywhere for leather combat type boots, and these are amazing!! I ordered a half size bigger than usual (I’m 7.5-8 normally and I bought 8.5). At first they were too tight and I thought I’d need to send them back, but leather usually stretches out as you wear it, so I wore them around my house for a couple days. After one day they felt much better, and after the second day they were just about perfect. I think the more I wear them they’ll stretch a little more too. I’ve wore them out a couple times now and I love them! I think if your feet are normally very wide, these will probably not work good for you. Mine aren’t narrow, just normal, but if they were any wider they would be too tight.

Absolutely love these boots. I usually wear a size 7 but sized up 1/2 size to accommodate a medium weight sock for winter. The finish is beautiful. I normally shy away from black boots because they are ‘too black’ but these with the artisanal finish are PERFECT. Did I mention they are PERFECT!

I’ve had these a little over a year and only have worn them during certain seasons. I have many BedStu and LOVE the brand but I am disappointed in this boot as it’s already falling apart. For the price point I think these should last forever. The stitches are ripping and the sole is separated. I love the look and comfort but they are falling apart.

I wear US shoe size 9.5/EU40 but the boots were EU40.5 and were too long. Their design caused a sharp pressure along the toe-bed that could never be tolerable. Both problems were deal-breakers, returned for refund.

After two years of contemplation, I finally decided to purchase them. They are really pretty! just what I was looking for in a pair of combat boots. It does take some time to break them in, though. The front of your feet may feel a little tight at first, but other than that, these boots are fantastic. I thought I was ordering black, but it’s more of a dark brown; nonetheless, I’m okay with that because that was the color I had in mind all along but didn’t see anywhere.
